On December 13, 2024, I received an email from Dropbox stating, ‘In one week: Paper docs are moving to your Dropbox.’ However, this has not happened.

9 months agoHey Tobejazz, have you tried accessing Paper from the dotted icon in the upper right corner as shown here?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when searching for your Paper documents, in order for me to have a visual too?

When I try to drag my .png screenshot into this area, it says: "File Not Allowed - The file Screenshot 2025-03-06 at 14.29.53.png is not allowed."
How can I make you see my screenshot ?

- I have tried Safari and Chrome on my Mac, both says File Not Allowed.
- Which is the "relevant icon" ?
- Yes, I tried navigating to Paper from the icon Megan mentioned - I just don't know what to tell you about it other than it just looks normal to me...

Hey Tobejazz I went through the thread and all the info you've provided once again and here are a few things we need to note:
The Migrated Paper docs seem to indicate that the migration has taken place.
If that's the case, then it wouldn't be possible to use the "Download docs you created" feature. According to the relevant Help Center article the option to is only available for the old release of Paper.
I'd like to ask a few more things: since you specifically create documents in the Paper section, does the file's path show up at the top, once you create it?
Are there any subfolders in the "Migrated Paper docs" folder? If so, have you checked all of them for your files?
