I've connected Dropbox with CSEntry, but my apps don't appear.
Hello, dear community, I need help to finish something.
I try to connect CSEntry and Dropbox. First I succeed the deployement CSPro to Dropbox.
Now when I try to connect Centry and Dropbox, it works, but my apps don't appear. So I'd like some help to fix it.
Thanks in advance.

Hi oscar01, and thanks for your post.
Do you mind sharing a few screenshots of what you see on your end? What steps are you following exactly to connect Dropbox with the third-party app and which Dropbox platform are you using?
I’d also like a visual of the location where you expect to see your apps.
Let me know, once you’re ready.

Is this a third-party connection or a connection?
If so it would almost certainly be them you need to contact

Hey oscar01!
Does that only happen when you select "Dropbox"? Based on the info you've provided here, it sounds indeed like a CsEntry issue and not one related directly to us.
You might need to reach out to them, and ask for further support about this issue.

Okay, I understand.
However, the connection was working, but now when I try again, it doesn't work. Is this a problem related to CsEntry, or could it be partly your fault?

We haven't had any similar reports lately oscar01. Have you tried reaching out to CsEntry for further assistance?

As its a third party app it would be them who need to resolve as I said yesterday as its them who have wrote the code to connect to Dropbox

Has the app been updated lately? The root certificates that the API uses changed back in January (with 18 months notice). If an app is using an older SDK that doesn't have those new certificates, it wouldn't be able to connect to Dropbox anymore. If this is the case, the developer of that app needs to update it to use a newer SDK.

Hi,
Could you please tell me if you found a solution? I have encountered the same problem and so far i haven't found any clues.
Thank you.

Has the app been updated as said?
You are going to need to speak to the developer of the app I'm afraid.
