Yes, they appear when I open the Apps>Tempo SlowMo folder.

My suggestion would be to remove the connection with that software and re-add it. If the files are in Dropbox and you can see them then Dropbox itself is working. Its the link between the app and Dropbox which isnt - but that is controlled/set up and managed by the app itself. So, if it doesnt work you need to talk to them.
