I also have the same problem and have removed Dropbox as an account from Outlook, and deleted and reinstalled it on my phone.   

iOS 18.1 beta (all versions)

Dropbox (just reinstalled today, but can't seem to find a version number.

Hey pcolvin15 - does the issue persist on the latest stable version of iOS (instead of the beta ones)?
