Which Dropbox account you using when opening the Excel files, the personal or the Business plan? What type of plans do you have currently?

    Again, all these questions have been answered already - can you go back through the full chat/threads so you're not asking redundant questions? 

     

    Doesn't matter which account. Personal or business. Does same thing. Business account is paid. No idea on specifics. Personal account is free.

    And do you have both of your accounts connected to the Microsoft app you're using at the moment on your Android device Dbell654?

    Again, all of this was previously mentioned.  Yes.  Worked perfectly on my other device.  No longer working on new device when I migrated over.

    Dbell654, can you follow the steps below and let me know if they help at all?

    1. Navigate to the Excel app on your mobile device.
    2. Tap account icon in top left corner.
    3. Tap 'Storage Accounts'.
    4. Tap 'Edit'.
    5. Remove desired accounts to ensure only 1 Dropbox account is connected.
    6. Retry opening an MS Excel file from the Dropbox app.

    Have you thoroughly reviewed all the previous chats and threads here? These steps are not at all relevant. I cannot connect Dropbox. That's the whole problem. There are ZERO accounts connected.
