Have you tried reconnecting the app etc. via Smart Pianist? Are the files visible at www.dropbox.com/home ?

If that doesnt work I'm afraid you'll need to speak to Smart Pianist support as its their app which is having the issue.

Thanks Mark. I've tried all that and just completely emptied the iPad and started again. The phone can see the Dropbox files I want but the iPad to see them and Smart Pianist now isn't giving me the option to log onto DropBox. What if I'd changed my Dropbox account etc.? It would have to let me change it. The iPad is quite old now, do you think that could be the problem. It was working fine until yesterday when I downloaded some more songs onto Dropbox and it just can't see them and now it can see nothing. Thanks for your help though. I'll take it up with Smart Pianist if I can find someone.

One thing to check - are you using the same account on both phone and iPad?

Yes I only have on Dropbox account and you don't need an account for Yamaha Smart Pianist. I'm going to try to connect my phone to the piano today to see if that works. I'd just rather have the larger screen of the iPad to read music etc. Thanks for your help.

This is the only way I could get to. I signed into db on my IPhone 12 Pro Max . Then I did these steps:

Separate step first: Be logged in to db from a browser tab. Not the app.

From the user songs listing, click the icon with a pen.

Check the box by your song.

    Click upload button.

Choose Save to Dropbox. You should have a file option, NOT the one with the icon. Mine is at the very bottom of the options below that are simply shown in black text.

It gives the option to save here.

Hope this is helpful. When I finally figured it out, I did it again and took screenshots, but I don’t see an option to upload them here.

Hey Piano_Piano, thanks for taking the time to post your experience and what worked for you.

If you want to upload the screenshots too, you should be able to see a little camera icon right above the reply box, after you click "reply" under my message.
