TrialPad
I’m suddenly having difficulty downloading from DropBox to TrialPad. Support at TrialPad states it’s a DropBox issue. Anyone have an idea?

We need a bit more info... whats happening / errors etc.?
- jonagott3 years agoExplorer | Level 3When attempting to connect to DropBox within TrialPad, I receive an “Error Loading App unknown error” message. Other Apps, such as Box, work fine. This is a very recent problem. I’ve always used DropBox with no problem. TrialPad support says it’s a DropBox issue. Has DropBox recently upgraded?

Have you tried updating the Dropbox app?
What version of the app is it (and OS and version on the device?)
