UnRealBook doesn't work with Dropbox.

Does anyone use the UnRealBook software? I’ve used it for several years with no problems but now DB will not let access it from UnRealBook. Can anyone help?

    Hi BillyL12, I hope you're doing well!

Can you share some additional info with us, as to what you'd like to achieve here?

Also, what steps have you used so far? I have to admit it sounds like this might be an issue on their end, if you're trying to connect Dropbox to UnRealBook and it doesn't work.

    Keep me posted!

I have tried to access db through the UnRealBook software. There is a drop-down in the UB program that accesses DB. It has worked for several years and now db box won’t allow the transfer of files.

You'll need to contact unrealBook's support group. This will most definitely be something that only they can resolve. They most likely would have added Dropbox support to their application using the Dropbox API, so only they can support that functionality. Dropbox doesn't provide support for third-party implementations of the API. The developers of the third-party applications do.

I'm having the same issues. It is VERY frustrating! I didn't think creating a file on unrealBook from Dropbox would have all these issues out of nowhere.

You need to contact the developer of unrealBook. Only they can resolve this for you. Dropbox doesn't have anything to do with that application.

As a work-around, try connecting the Files app to Dropbox, and then try to access Files through unrealBook.
