Why can't I edit a file using Google Workspace?

Hello, Megan!

 

Every time I open a file this one appears "Sign in with Google Workspace to edit business files" to which I never encountered this kind of issue since I use DropBox last November 2022. If paid Google Workspace is required then how about Microsoft Online can I edit a file in real time?

Hi Mon0600, are you definitely signed into a Google account with the same email as your Dropbox email?

 

Can you send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving, please?

    I am also experiencing this issue.  I cleared my cookies and cache.  I checked any chrome extensions.  I am signed in using my google account.

      Hi Jill999, we're currently experiencing issues when editing Google Docs. Our teams are investigating this matter in more detail in order to resolve it.

        This is still an issue.  Any word on when it will be fixed?  I tried everything that I read from these forums.
