Why can't I select any File in Backups?

Why are the backup selection files limited, why can't I select any file from the local drive to back up?

Hi pricond1, thanks for messaging the Community!

Are you referring to the Dropbox Backup feature?

Do you have the old version or the Beta of the Backup?

This will help me to assist further!

Yes the BETA version, I have read a thread to try and update but it is not working, hoping to get an easier way to update, thanks

If you're using the Backup Beta, then it should be possible to select another folder?

Could you attach a screenshot showing what options you get when you choose the folders to sync?

I am limited to what is shown, no link to add files or scroll to 😧  and choose any other folders. How do I update, regardless?

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team to see if they can investigate this in more detail on their end.
