Account doesn't upgrade to Plus (using iDeal)
Hello,
I have paid in advance for a year for a account upgrade to plus by using Ideal.
But the account is still on basic, i didnt receive a confirmation email and i cannot contact a human being because i have a basic account. How can i solve this?

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with another email address of yours perhaps?
If not, could you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you still get the same results?
