What is your current location when you activated the promotion? 

 

Did you activate it immediately, or did you install the Dropbox desktop application from the Dropbox site first?

 

This will help me to assist further!

I clicked on the Dropbox redeem 500 GB space and it had me open it Dropbox from there and create an account.

        Did you follow all the steps outlined in this Help Center article, and you still can’t see the additional space added to your Dropbox account?
