Being Billed 19.99 When I have the Basic Plan
I have been being charged 19.99 even though when I check my account plan it says it's the free basic plan. I have 2 emails and checked both, they both are the free basic plans. Why am I still being ch...

I have a basic service, but Iâm being billed every month for it. I canât get in touch with anyone at Dropbox. The donât seem to have an email or phone number. It feels like they are set up this way on purpose.
