I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund for my payment
This is me too! my work situation changed and I don't need this level of storage or service. I was charged for a year yesterday and I think I might want to cancel my account. Can I get reimbursed for the year?

Dropbox plans are generally not refundable. Its why you get multiple reminder emails before they charge you.
The only people who can help, however is support.
