Can billing invoices of a personal account be sent to a third party email?

I manage payments for my boss's personal dropbox account.  We need to set up her account so that billing invoices are emailed to my email address, as opposed to hers. There are posts on this forum ...

No, that's not possible. Any communication for a personal account will go to the email address associated with the account, which will be the account holder.
