Can billing invoices of a personal account be sent to a third party email?

I manage payments for my boss's personal dropbox account.  We need to set up her account so that billing invoices are emailed to my email address, as opposed to hers. There are posts on this forum ...

To add to this Dropbox also does not send invoices to the billing email, so your boss wont get copies either. They must log on to get them.
