Can I be refunded for an extra license that was added accidentally?
I have 4 icence in my Basic plan. I recently created teh 4th licence and was charged for it. Without any prior warning by Dropbox. As soon as I realised I was charged, I deleted the 4th licence. It was used for 3 weeks, how can I ask for a reimbursement of the paiement (prorata the time it was used) ?

I'm assuming you're referring to a Business plan? The Basic plan is free and has no subscription or licenses.
If you're actually on a Business plan you can try contacting Support, just know that subscription and license fees are usually non-refundable so Support may not be able to help you.
