Can I cancel my plan using the mobile app?
I was part of an organization and no longer have access to the email. I have a current subscription and I'm looking to cancel it via website but don't have access to the email anymore.

It was through the website unfortunately. From doing my research it looks like I need to login with that email that I no longer have access to for me to cancel. Hoping for another solution

2 years agoHey xkouki, did you try to follow the steps I provided above, in order to open a ticket number with our Support?
You should be able to open a ticket, however you'd need to log out of your Dropbox account, and try an incognito mode on your browser too.

Megan I've already submitted a ticket. But through the email I don't have access to. I put my personal email in the memo so I hope they email that one.

Hey xkouki, you'll actually need to use an email address you can access, in order to receive a response from our team.
You'll need to follow these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
