Cannot cancel my Dropbox subscription
I am not an idiot. Dropbox will NOT let me cancel my account. What is up with Dropbox?

My pcThen you can cancel your subscription through the Dropbox website, at the bottom of your Subscriptions page.

2 years agoHey Victoria210 - is it possible that you're looking at an account that's on the free, Basic plan perhaps?
If that's so, it's normal that you don't get a cancel option.
If you'd like to delete your account instead of cancelling a subscription though, you should be following these steps.

I do not want to delete my account. I am finished with my book and no longer need a subscription. I just want to cancel my paid subscription

It has: Personal Drop Box Space. Underneath that is Account Settings and underneath that is License Keys. That's it.
