I am trying to replace my old credit card with a new one. I go to my personal account and click on "update" next to the old credit card. A window shows up to fill out the new credit card info. I fill...

3 years agoHi ricas200, are you using a card from the same country or a different details on the card itself, such as the address?
Have you already tried contacting the support team regarding this matter?
