Hey Red Gerran, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that it looks like your trial was indeed cancelled, but you'll get to keep the additional quota till the end of the trial period.

Hi, I had the same problem. I saw this post so thought that meant my account was cancelled, but now i was just charged by dropbox! What happened?

Yes I tried that and only got a stupid chatbot who could not understand my question. I have been trying to get a real person to talk to me and have been unable
