Can't receive the 6-digit code to sign in because don't have that device anymore, and need to cancel
I have the email address and password to sign in. But it's saying that it sent a 6-digit code to the device linked to the account. It's been years since we've had this account, so there is no device linked to it anymore.
We need to sign in to be able to cancel before we're billed another $450 for this account that we're not using anymore.

Also -- the account that we can't access is not the same as the account that I'm signed-in to in this support forum.

I received your email and confirmed it a couple of days ago. Waiting to hear back.
We contacted our bank, and they told us they might not be able to reject it when Dropbox tries to charge us $540 on December 18 for an account that we're not using, because it was paid with a Debit Card.
Trying to sign in to that account to cancel it. We have the email, password but 2FA is not working. We have the computer that was used for that Dropbox account, but had signed out of that Dropbox account on that computer years ago. So we're not getting the 2FA notification.
Please reply to my email.
