Can't update credit card details on the site
trying to change credit card on file---HOW???

Hi Frances11, are you trying to change your Dropbox payment information? Then follow these steps:
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Click the avatar at the top of any page.
- Click Settings.
- Click Billing.
- Click Update on the Payment method tab.
- Select your new payment method and enter the requested information.
Note: If your payment method is Mobile, you won't be able to change it using the instructions above. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to manage your subscription.

7 years agoClick the Billing tab at top of the page. If you don't have a Billing tab then you're either not on a paid subscription, or you started your subscription through the Apple or Google Play stores, in which case you need to contact them.
