Charged for an annual subscription. How can I get a refund?
I was charged for a yearly subscription as it has been impossible to stop the free trial using the website. Any feedback on how to get refund? My trial ended yesterday.

You will need to contact Dropbox support for help with anything relating to payments via www.dropbox.com/support

I never signed any contract with Dropbox which obligated me to annually renew the subscription. The Dropbox Help Centre is not at all helpful only stating that refunds are not normally made!

When you sign up the sign up page does state that you are entering in to a reoccurring plan. You are also emailed multiple times before renewal goes through (and I know that's working as mine only went through on 21st Oct).
