Credit card charges for 2+ years after I cancelled subscription
I have been getting charged on my credit card by Dropbox for 2 years for a subscription I am not paying for. Dropbox makes it so difficult to get assistance with this type of issue. I am finding this a highly unethical way of doing business. They owe me hundreds of dollars.

Hey aha77007, sorry to see that you're having this issue.
We really appreciate your feedback and rest assured that we'll get to the bottom of this.
Are the charges coming to your credit card or to your iTunes/Google Play account?
If they are credit card charges, try our lookup tool to find the email address associated with the subscription.
Is it the same as the one linked to the account you cancelled?
Let me know.

Charges are to my credit card. There is no 12-digit alphanumeric code associated with the charge. The charge just says it's from Dropbox.

Thanks for clarifying that for us aha77007 - much appreciated.
Could you maybe send us a screenshot of where you're spotting the charge omitting any personal information so that we can have a visual too?
