Did not mean to purchase two drop box plans. How do I undo one of them?
Hi all,
I am trying to figure out how to undo/cancel and get a refund of one of my drop box accounts. The one I am currently on is the one I would like to get a refund on and cancel.
If anyone has insight into what I can do/should do in this situation anything will help!

You can try contacting Support, but subscription fees are typically non-refundable unless required by law. When you cancel your subscription, you'll prevent any future charges but you'll retain your account benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
