Are the charges in question credit card charges or are they coming to your iTunes/Google Play account?
If they are credit card charges, try using our payment lookup tool; this will show you the email address associated with the account you're paying for.
It sounds like it's not the one you're using to contact us now, so perhaps it's another account you own and can sign in to.
