Do I have to have a min of 3 users to get on the standard plan?

I’m wondering if I can get the features included in the standard plan for just one user. I do A LOT of editing and would love to have 5TB of cloud storage for personal use.

You can of course use it for just 1 person..... but you will still pay the fees to cover 3 users.
