Dropbox Bill $216.11 -- But I Didn't Want It!
I've tried to unlink this automatic billing but with no success. I don't even remember signing up for a Trial that turned into a PRO Plan or whatever it says. How did this even happen? Before I could figure out how to unlink this and cancel, it auto renewed!!! I was shocked to see a charge for $216.11 from Dropbox. I do not want this and I am not a business, I'm a single father of 3 boys who can not afford to have a charge for this amount withdrawn from my account, especially because I do not want it! Please help ASAP!
wow, that was quick. Dropbox immediately helped my via the chat and fixed the issue. Thank you so much, David. Consider me a happy customer!

Welcome aboard the forum, Canadian_help.
As a first step, can you let me know whether your Dropbox account was upgraded directly via the Dropbox website or the App Store/Play Store instead?
That’ll help me guide you further.

I'm in the same boat! I couldn't figure out how to cancel on time. Now I've been charged $212.93 and when I finally figured out how to request a refund, the webpage keeps freezing or not accepting the submit button when I click on it. I'm so frustrated. I can't afford this program and most importantly I won't be using it because I don't need it or know how to use it.
