Hey Fay3, if you're logged in to a Basic account, you won't see an option to cancel your subscription, as Basic account are free.
Since that's the case, I would suggest using the payment lookup tool, like Rich suggested above as well, to see which email address is associated with the paid account, so you can login to it and cancel the subscription.

The fact that Dropbox has to come on here and defend itself against a massive group of people that are pissed right off because we can't cancel their stupid service should tell you something... so Dropbox tell me something and be honest you designed this entire service to be uncancelable didn't you there's some f****** rich guy in a cotton t-shirt sitting on a sandy beach somewhere collecting all of our money for providing nothing to us because your service is garbage I only signed up for this because some f****** company made me in order to sign a document.
