How can I cancel a free trial?
When I started the free trial subscription I had an Android, now I have an Iphone. How do I cancel my free trial?

Set up a new laptop, along with setting up dropbox on this laptop as its one of those pre-installed apps.
I specifically opted NOT to participate in a 12-month 'Free trial' of an upgraded 25 Gb. Than I get an email stating "We've awarded your account with 25 GB of bonus space for the next 12 months."
Than I'm spending another HOUR going through page after webpage of 'help articles' along with no help from the 'dropbot' with how to cancel this trial. This webpage: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/cancellations-refunds/cancel-free-trial on step 5 "Click Manage Plan".... there is no 'manage plan' on my settings/plan tab page. Very Very fustrated, more so as I lost an hour of my life I'm not going to get back for something I never signed up for.
Please PLEASE remove this 12 month trial from my account!
With no business email, contact web form, no live chat with Dropbox.... Really do NOT like this customer relations approach.

Since you're not able to see the option to cancel the trial from your account settings online, it sounds like you might have started the trial from within the Dropbox mobile app. Is that right?
If so, please check out these steps and let me know if that does the trick!

Can you let me know what your Plan tab reports your subscription to be right now? If possible, please send me a screenshot, excluding any personal info.

Under the Current plan it's written
Dropbox Basic and on the right there's a button "Upgrade".
Then there's an info Personal dropbox space". And at the bottom Bonus type
Getting started completed 1 out of 7 steps Not finished.
Maybe my trial didnt start,cause I didnt complete those steps? It's just confusing..
