How can I cancel a free trial?
When I started the free trial subscription I had an Android, now I have an Iphone. How do I cancel my free trial?

Hey there jwool1965 - how are you today?
At first, I'd suggest taking a look at the following Help Center article:

Let me know how this goes!

Hi there I signed up for a free trial and was unable to cancel it before the subscription was charged. I understand that this months fee cannot be refunded but I cannot see the subscription ANYWHERE either on my laptop or mobile device to cancel it. Can anyone help. When I check the plan on my mobile it states its already a basic plan, (I cannot find it on my laptop which makes me consider I more than likely signed up on my mobile and according to the info online you need to cancel on the device you signed up on) But the subscription has been charged and withdrawn from my bank account 😞
