How can I get a refund for a charge on my PayPal account?

10 days agoHey OHLISA, thanks for the update here and for your feedback.
Usually, when our support team cannot find a charge, it means that some vital info that will help with the search, is missing.
I would suggest continuing to work with our support team member on this, but to also make sure that you're providing this info.
For example, Dropbox charges always have some sort of identification attached, like a transaction ID.
If you can locate that and provide it to the agent working on your case, they should be able to identify and assist you with the charge you received.
