How to change from business to personal account?

Hi, I accidentally chose to have a 'business' account but since I mostly use it for personal matters I would like to convert it to a personal account?   Do you know how to do that? I have both a...

    Yes. You would first cancel your Business subscription which will leave you with a Basic account. You then upgrade your Basic account to Plus.

As Ed says, if you want to switch which account is personal and which is business, you can switch the email addresses.

If you want to revert your business account back to a personal account (for example, you wish to discontinue the trial) its a two step process:

1. First cancel the Business account, and turn it back into a Team account (https://help.dropbox.com/billing/cancel-subscription)

2. Leave the Team and convert it back into a Personal account (https://help.dropbox.com/business/cancelled-became-free-team)
