I had a payment issue with iTunes that I finally worked out yesterday, but apparently itunes and dropbox are now out of sync and I can't get Dropbox to acknowledge that payment has been made. When I try to restore purchases to sync the account up, I get this error: "Unable to Restore Purchases. The operation could not be completed. I have no option to unsubscribe my plan. I have tried through the app, two different browsers and my phone. However it is not an option to unsubscribe... Apparently i can't get in touch with support either, and it is not possible to delete my account. Hi, I activated a free trial in order to evaluate the current offerings of dropbox to see if i wanted to buy a subscription (haven't been a paying customer for years now). I then immediatelly proceeded to cancel the trial, as I do every time i activate a free trial, in order to not forget it and get billed against my will, under the assumption that the premium service would end at the designated date, as is usually the case when one cancels a free trial. Instead, my account got instantly reverted back to the free tier. Is there any way to get to activate the free trial again? I literally want to evaluate the service and see if I want to subscribe, dropbox is shooting themselves in the foot here. I recently created my Dropbox account. I clicked 'Business', because I am using the account through work, but I didn't realise this meant I was getting a free trial that would expire?!? I needed this account to create a link that could be shared to hundreds of people. I have already sent the link, but I need it to be active for at least 42 days.
