Will I lose all of my files if I cancel my Dropbox trial?
i cancle it will i lose it?

As long as you are under quota, no, however if you are over quota Dropbox does reserve the rights to delete the files to bring you under. https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/over-quota

Agreed with Mark. Note that you must be under the quota amount after your trial expires. So you must be under the quota amount for a Basic user, plus whatever additional referral or additional quota space you may have earned.
