    If you take a look at this article, there's an FAQ section with reasons for ineligibility for the promotion; is it possible you're not eligible for some reason?

Hi Hannah, thanks for your reply. Apparently I once linked another HP laptop to my dropbox account (over 5 yrs ago), without redeeming a promotion, and that excludes me from any HP promotions. Too bad. 🤷‍♀️
