I accidentally created a new Dropbox account with Google and I can't access my Plus plan.
I'm having trouble with my subscription being downgraded from DropboxPlus to DropboxBasis. Because the amount of data in DropboxPlus is more than allowed in DropboxBasis, my subscription is no longer...

First off, can you please go to this page and clarify what type of plan you see there? Also, the email address that you see here, is it the one linked to your previous Dropbox account or the new one?
Depending on the email address you see, you can open an incognito window on your current browser and sign in to Dropbox with the other email address; this way, you can compare both Dropbox accounts and check their status.
If you're having trouble accessing the second Dropbox account, please send me a screenshot of what you see exactly (while hiding your personal info).
