I accidentally created a new Dropbox account with Google and I can't access my Plus plan.
I'm having trouble with my subscription being downgraded from DropboxPlus to DropboxBasis. Because the amount of data in DropboxPlus is more than allowed in DropboxBasis, my subscription is no longer...

Hi Jay,
Ik zie dat ik nog een ander ticket-ID voor je heb (voor zover nodig). Deze heeft met dezelfde geschiedenis te maken. Het maakt die geschiedenis niet anders maar belicht het mogelijk vanuit een ander specialisme. Excuses dat ik deze niet eerder noemde. Het ticket-ID is 24878109. (Dit ticket-ID 24878109 kan ook worden gesloten).
Ben benieuwd naar de resultaten.
