I cancelled my Dropbox subscription but got charged today

When The Vault feature was terminated I left Dropbox and went to Microsoft OneDrive. I cancelled my Auto renew option and thought I was all set with DropBox. Then Today I got charged $127.37 on my MasterCard. I have wasted 45 minutes dealing with MasterCard but they said I have to deal with the merchant since the charge is pending !! Can anyone assist me ? I have contacted Support but have not received a response yet.

    Replies can take a few working days, but you can track at http://www.dropbox.com/support

    You will need to send them your cancellation notification if you havent already (you can upload it to that link on the already open ticket). You get this via email after cancelling. 

    Also, as a reminder when you cancel you need to do so usually a few days before renewal as you are warned on the pre-charge emails.
