I cancelled my subscription before trial ends still money got deducted from my account.
I opt for dropbox for a trial purpose to understand how feasible it is. but before trial ends I cancelled my subscription but the money still got deducted from my account as auto pay for enable. Please help me with the refund. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?

Did you wait until the last day of the trial before cancelling? If so, that's likely why. Most online subscriptions need to be cancelled before the last day otherwise the systems are already set to process the payment.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
