I can't cancel my free trial

I'm not being able to cancel my free trial, and dropbox is sending me the charge requests to my bank account. How do i cancel it?

    Hi there akylai - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

    Can you please clarify what does your plan tab report at the moment and where you initiate the trial? Was it through the website, for example, or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

    my plan tab says dropbox basic. I signed up through the desktop app

    Is it possible that you've already cancelled your trial then? 

    Where and when did you notice these charge requests you mentioned?

    A couple hours ago it appeared on my bank account that ends with 5617

    I see, thanks for the clarification akylai 

    If you have a transaction ID, could you maybe use the look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge? 

    Otherwise, we can reach out via email to have a further look internally.
