I can't connect to live support, even though I'm on a paid plan.
Is everyone in Customer Service dead?! I PAY for Dropbox and I've been waiting 2 days now for a reply on "Live" Chat support. What is this?
There's no phone number.
What kind of paid service is this?
This is a genuine Idea - Please ACTUALLY reply on Live Chat.
I keep refreshing/ restarting computer/ logging out and in again/ using different browsers... this is all I get - forever.

I'd strongly suggest logging a support ticket at http://www.dropbox.com/support instead - they are usually quite quick at replying to that.
