I can't delete my account.
It seems that this company refuses to delete an account and is impossible to contact. Don't use them.

Hi KWell, could you try using another browser to see if this helps? Do you currently have a paid plan or active trial on your account?

I probably only have a trial account. I tried another browser and a completely different computer at work and got the same result. It requires me to login again and then won't allow it saying something about the user name already in use. Not very good programming when someone isn't able to remove their account from someone's system.

I have logged in and followed the steps and get to the screen below. I can get no further.
I have tried different browsers and computers. I cannot set a password and if I try to use my existing login it fails. Very poorly programmed. Just delete my account please and confirm it's gone.

That sounds like you're on the form to create a new account, not sign in, which would definitely say the username is already in use since you still have an account with that email address.

Thank you. That's very odd considering I clicked on the "delete account" button. Better fix your web page up as it's sending me to the wrong screen.

I'd suspect a problem with your account or a browser issue, rather than a problem with the site itself. In fact, I just created and deleted an account without a problem.
Do you still have an active trial on your account? What does it show on your Plan page?
