I recently tried to claim my free space with my Asus laptop and I didn't get the additional space... Only 2gb.

i have a new laptop with myasus installed, i tried many times to install Dropbox from inside MyASUS -- to claim the 25gb promo -- but it just wont install?
i also tried resetting windows, making a new user account and installing Dropbox from the Dropbox website ---- it does install but i can't claim the 25gb 1 year promo that way? i also tried clicking the claim button from MyASUS after manually installing dropbox but still nothing happens.Any help?
