I don't see an option under "Manage account" to cancel my Dropbox trial.

I was signed into DropBox after an AI course. They post the Certificate in DropBox.  I want to cancel this trial and this DropBox Account. I followed the steps in here , but I cannot find the "Cancel...

I just wanted to follow up with you and see if you were able to cancel your trial? If not, please let us know and confirm if we can escalate this ticket via the email on your account.
