I got charged for an account, but I don't know what email it is attached to.
I have tried to find a way to contact a human at Dropbox with NO success. Our organization has been charged for a Dropbox account that we don't know what email it is associated with, therefore, we cannot login to see the account. When I try to go to Support page, all the options for help that would contact a human are grey and unable to click on. Anyone know HOW to reach a human for help? I could just dispute the charge with my credit card, but I would like to see what the account has in it first.
Help.
I was able to get a hold of someone on Facebook Messenger. 👍
