I have a Dropbox transaction in my bank statement, but I have a free account.
There is a transaction on my bank statement for DropBox however I only have a free account and i havnt used the account in like 3 years. Can I get someone to contact me about this, the bank recommend...

2 years agoDid you give Dropbox your bank or card details or use an App store to upgrade? If so, it's a genuine transaction, and you need to cancel it via Dropbox on the account you upgraded.
If you didnt then your bank needs to cancel the card and stop payments as somebody has stole your details.

No didn’t give drop box bank details or do an app upgrade. Have cancelled card. I’ve done that transaction finder and nothing comes up for the transaction number on my bank statement.
