Double Charge on Bank Statement
I have one account. I use the app on my phone from the Apple store and sync my photos for editing on my laptop. I’ve just now noticed I have double charges on my statements. One from Dropbox today 06 Jan 2022 and one on the 03 Jan 2022 so only a few days apart. Why am I being charged twice? I’m just wishing someone can give my money back since I’ve been paying twice. For a few months now.

Hi Emma Hodgson and welcome to our Community!
Can you clarify whether both charges came from the App Store?
Does any of them seem to be a direct Dropbox payment or a Play Store charge instead?
Let me know when you have more updates. - Emma Hodgson4 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hi Nancy thank for the welcoming.
They are both direct Dropbox payments
I checked my subscriptions for Dropbox in my App Store and it doesn’t seem to be the problem. Please let me know how I can stop the double charge, I’m a student and can’t afford to pay double the amount every month.
Kind regards

Hi BanBrosAu, I hope you're doing well!
Have you checked if the charges are for the same Dropbox account? Also, would you like to cancel your Dropbox related charge, or Apple one?
If it's the latter, you'd need to contact Apple, and ask them for assistance.
Let me know more!

I have seen the same issue in this community of being double charged. I have submitted my tickets over and over and showed the dates and transaciton number from my bank statements. They say they can not find my any charges with my email account...but I do not have any other, and I can not believe they cannot find my informaiton from my debit card information I provided, which they asked for, and the number I called is just a recored message to submit a ticket... wow!... it seems to be a never ending loop. Can the sales team give me a person I can talk to live? It seems I would need to upgrade to business dropbox to be able to get a live person which is crazy. All I want is the refund from the double charge since August of 2022. It may come down getting legal help to rectify this easy situation. Hopefully support will see this complaint and help me solve this issue.
Happy New Year to everyone in the community.

Hi melissajh09, happy 2023 back to you!
In regards to the live person to talk to, I'm afraid that your support options depend on your Dropbox subscription. You can see more here.
As for your charges, I'm happy to help with that. You mentioned that you have submitted tickets already. Could you send me some ticket number references, so I can locate them on my end for you?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.

Did you get this sorted with them?
I am having the same trouble and they're not helping me at all!
