The charges that you see in your bank statement, they don’t mention anything about iTunes/Google Play, correct?
If not, we can log a ticket for you to this email address and look into this further.
In the meantime, you can also contact your bank to make sure your payment info hasn't been used for any other services by a third party.
Give me a nudge when you’ve got more info.

Hey Riy, contacting your bank is super important, if you never gave your billing info to Dropbox.
And if you'd also like to look into this with our support team, you can contact them directly, by following these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
